New rental homes in the Township of Langley at 20230 – 72B next to the Willoughby Firehall and at 272nd and Fraser Highway at the old Alder Inn site in the Township of Langley.
These are among the first sites to break ground under the BC Builds Housing Development Opportunities (HDO) program, moving from concept to construction in just 12 months – marking a major milestone in accelerating housing delivery across the province.
The Province of British Columbia, through BC Builds at BC Housing, has partnered with the Township of Langley and the newly established Township of Langley Housing Trust Society (TOLHTS) to bring these developments to life. The Township has contributed land at zero cost for both projects. With the TOLHTS, these buildings will remain assets to the Township in perpetuity.
